Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes undergo destemming on arrival at the winery, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks with selected yeasts. The wine is clarified and filtered, then American oak-aged for six months before bottling. Screwcap closures ensure maximum varietal freshness, as well as convenience in restaurants or at home.
Tasting Notes
Deep red garnet colour in the glass with violet reflections. Exquisite notes of plum, cherry and blackberry in the bouquet, framed by hints of vanilla from the oak. Velvety tannins are wellintegrated on the palate, leading to a delicious lingering finish.
