Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes undergo destemming and a light “sangría” maceration on the skins upon arrival at the winery, followed by fermentation in vats with selected yeasts. The wine is filtered, stabilized, then bottled fresh with no oak aging. Screwcap closures ensure maximum varietal freshness, as well as convenience in restaurants or at home.
Tasting Notes
The appearance of this wine in the glass stands out for its beautiful pale pink colour with reddish undertones. The bouquet is exquisite and refined, highlighting ripe strawberries. It’s fresh berry palate leads to a mouth-watering finish that is long and elegant.
