Light yellow colour with green hues, clear and brilliant. Notes of tropical fruits (passion fruit and pineapple) with hints of citrus fruit. The wine has a well balanced acidity and mouthfeel.
This is a great aperitif wine or an excellent option to accompany light first courses, ideally green salads or seafood. It goes well with white meats, light sauces and vegetarian dishes. Cheese-wise, it’s ideal for ripe cheddar, gruyere and soft cheeses in general.
