Terms and Conditions: Unwashed cases incur a £20 charge, and broken glasses cost £7 each to replace. We accept returns for unopened wine and complete, undamaged cases of beer, cider, and soft drinks, provided they meet our condition requirements. All returns must be brought back to the shop by the customer. We do not offer collection services. Purchase limits on glasses may apply, at the discretion of staff.
