The Casa Santiago range is produced by Vina Requingua. The vineyards are located in the Curico Valley, where a mild- Mediterranean-like climate and varied soils offer superb conditions for growing many different varieties. Long, dry summers with radiant days and cool nights help the grapes attain the maximum potential.
This lively dry white is unoaked to focus on the fresh, primary fruit character. Inviting aromas of pear, pineapple and acacia flowers herald a fresh, medium bodied palate with notes of exotic fruit on the finish.
A great companion for chicken, turkey and fish. Vegan and Vegetarian friendly.
