Pairs well with rich pâté, duck breast or roasted lamb and other rich red meats served in sauce.
Using four grape varieties; Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. This vintage is aged in new and 1-year old oak barrels for 12 months.
