The nose is very expressive, revealing floral notes that give
way to aromas of apricot and yellow peach. On the palate,
finesse prevails, accompanied by a subtle touch of citrus
and a saline finish.

sardine rillettes, scallop carpaccio, ceviche, sushi,
shellfish salad, seaweed, green papaya, prawns and
