The Wine: This wine is made from the grape varieties Cinsault 30% , Grenache 30%, Syrah 30 % and Rolle 10%. The grapes were harvested at night time from the producer's own vineyards, 46 hectares located in the heart of Provence. The vineyards are currently under transition to organic classification. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14-16°C.
Taste and food pairing: The wine is very fresh and dry, with hints of berries, melon, rhubarb, raspberries and herbs. Very good length in an elegant and dry finish. Serve as an aperitif or with seafood, grilled light meat or poultry - preferably with a salad.
